Dr. Jim Segala is a physicist and engineer with more than 30 years of experience designing experimental systems. He spent over a decade as a senior researcher at the Institute for Advanced Studies at Austin and has published peer-reviewed research in radiobiology and medical imaging. Today, his work focuses on the medical and physiological effects reported after unusual encounters, including a three-year field study in Utah’s Uintah Basin. He is also the founder of MUPAS™ Worldwide, which brings together environmental data and firsthand reports to study these experiences.
