Dr. Jim Segala is back. He's the physicist who studied under Dr. Hal Puthoff, appeared on Season 1 of History's The Secret of Skinwalker Ranch, and went to Skinwalker Ranch with a medical doctor to investigate a reported injury.
Now he's researching other ranches near Skinwalker that are having the same problems, and he says it's widespread across Utah's Uinta Basin. He also runs MUPAS, an international study that puts sensor devices in experiencers' homes, and he'll tell us about his new MUPAS device.
